Hi Jon,

Basically you are on the right track, a few lessons to get all the basics down, i.e. set-up, grip, alinement etc.

For me the best book by far is Nail It, Three Skills Golf can be ordered from this site www.3skillsgolf.com , just keeps everything simple, no mind boggling information to slow you down, at our time of life we have already missed the Tour Pro boat so I suggested this book as it will simply help you to some good ball striking and hopefull help you enjoy some golf.

We at this site do not recieve any royalties or have any connection to this book whatsoever, just incase you are weary of sales gimmics.

Hope this helps

Ian.
