| Re: Endurance: Best and worst - all in one day This sounds like fatigue. Try to drink a minimum of 1 liter of water and eat a piece of fruit for each nine holes you play. Ensure you have also eaten a high carb meal approx 1 hour before heading out. You should only need the amount that would fit in your hand to satisfy you for approx 2 - 4 hours. A bit of protien will extend the length of time the carbs will supply energy to your body. The fruit and the water will suppliment the meal you had prior to your round and keep your sugar levels constant.
