Re: Club fitting concerns

I am pretty new again to golf, I played alot as a teen, quite well actually, but 15 years off has put some gigantic kinks in my game. None the less, as far as club fitting goes, most of what I have read is fitting is proportial, meaning most people in proper set up will use standard length clubs, unless thier legs, torso or arms individully are out of proportion. This is not saying I agree with this, but that seems to be standard convention. There are a few sites out there that offer free online club fitting based on at home measurements, which may be a good way to compare what you have been told, but even then a person seeing how you set up is going to best be able to set you up properly I would assume.

Here is a link to one free fittting site.

hope it helps, or atleast isnt detrimental =)
