If you save your efforts for golf course use only you should be able to play with about a one week layoff. If your symptons are similar to mine, it took about 4 months of wearing the elastic wrap EVERY time I hit a golf ball, along with not hitting range balls off the ground . My elbows feel good again. I am 55.
Good luck, this game is tough enough without having to play through pain. |
Thanks for the advice - Will have to go and find an elastic wrap and try it.
I havn't played for one week - Only tried hitting about 3 sand wedges yesterday plus a few tee shots with my wife's driver (I was giving her a lesson

). Still hurt way to much to consider playing for a while.
