I'd definately say it's time for a purchase. The problem with discount store
clubs is that you really don't know what your getting. There isn't much quality control when it comes to shafts they put in the
clubs. Your 4 iron shaft could be almost a firm flex, while your 9 iron could be a senior flex. Which usually means there is about 1-3
clubs in your bag you hit good.
I'd suggest go buy a new set of woods first. Since you have to adjust your swing on these
clubs. Then save up for the
irons.
