Hi Guys,

I try hard not to really smash the ball but that is exactly what I do most of the tme. It seems to me that my swing just goes ballistic as soon as the downswing starts no matter how hard I try to have a nice controlled sweep through the ball.
At the moment lots of topped shots and heaps of frustration!!

Any help would be appreciated
