Looking for tips on weight transference

I've always been a bit of a left knee slider but lately I just don't feel comfortable of level leading through the ball - I think I'm snatching at the top a little.

I think my knees are level throughout the swing and I don't think there's any popping up movement. I guess it's kind of hard to see what you're actually doing to yourself rather than watching someone elses swing.

I think a smooth transaction into the throughswing is one of the most important elements in the golf swing so I'm trying to get back the correct feeling of intitiating this movement. Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks
Paul
