| Re: Overswing.... one thing you can do is point your target foot (left one if your right handed ) 45 degrees or more towards the target that will keep you from over rotating hips and help with weight shift. second go to back of top swing slowly and stop and hold it for about a 3 count, that will ingrain muscle memory and you will know if your doing a reverse weight shift. i like to do that drill often at top of my swing i bring my left heel up (right handed) a bit to start down swing i work on planting heel to get swing going.hope it helps |
