Driving or Putting?

Can I say neither?,

In my circle I'm average at best off the tee (see yesterdays "balance" question ) but probably the best putter. The trouble is that my short game is not good enough to take advantage of my putting.

So what I want for Christmas is a short game that gives me a good chance at making the up and down.
