Carts

Kino,

Down in the Bayou Country of Louisiana, USA it rains almost everyday in the summer. The courses stay pretty wet. I pull a cart as my beatup knees and legs won't take carrying.

The advantages are if you walk you get yourself in a rythmn. This natural rythmn is also your swing rythmn. It keeps you grooved. Also you have your full compliment of clubds with you. I've played with the golf car people and they always seem to be running across the fairway to get a club. You always seem to get folks who like to drive on the fairways when it is cart path only and rip the grass up. Or too close to the green area because they are too lazy to walk a bit.

I played a round recently with a spry 73 year old. He walked with a pull cart every step and shot an 85. He wasn't long off the tee but would kill you with his short game (12 one putts).

Keep it in the short grass,

GolfBald
