| Re: Blind Golfer - Help? Dru I applaud you for your efforts. You may actually be in a better position than the rest of us. For you to improve you only need to work on the process of the swing. You don't have to worry about the results as long as you make sure you go through the process. Remember each shot is a battle that has to be won if you are going to win the war. Work on a fluid takeaway and then work on your transition. I believe that the transition is the most important part of the swing and a lot of people overlook its importance. You should actually start to move your lower towards the target before you even finish your backswing. Remember bump your hips then turn. I have only been playing golf for 4 years and have gotten my handicap to a 4.5 and have won my club championship but if I had learned to master the trasition first I would be a lot farther along. But it is all about the journey and trial and error. Good Luck. |
