| Re: Golf fitness programs I am currently using a book called The Ultimate guide to weight training for golf by Robert Price. It has a 4 month off-season program, preseason program, and finally a during the season program. Right now i am in the thrid week of the off season program. I would have to say its a decent buy right now, but I will have a better inclination in a few more weeks. If it seems appealing check it out. Good luck on finding your program! |
