| Re: Waist or arms to start..... The upper body rotates to the right, this creates resistance between the upper and lower body. The lower body is resisting the upper. The lower body then naturally starts first(the hips rotating to the left), the upper body follows as a result. The downswing is initiated by the the hips NOT THE ARMS. The only way the arms can continue down an inside to inside path is to rotate the lower body to the left. |
