Hi Mike,

This is typical of a player who attacks the ball a little to much from the inside on the way down. Have a look at you swing plane on a video if possible.

What happens is that comming from the inside you hit a good draw when you play well, however a little off key and you get stuck behind your body with the clubhead hence the straight push with no slice.

Work on the pumping drill.........from the top drop the club several times then hit.
