Huge Drive

Well I just saw the longest drive I've ever seen. 570 yard par 5, playing from an elevated tee and about a 15-20 mph tail win. I hit one solid but didn't get in the air much and was left right at 250. I'm think great drive. I might be able to have a go at it in 2. My partner steps up and blows it by me by 75 yards!!
He was sitting 175. Which figures to 395!

I couldn't believe it.

Re: Huge Drive

He can hit the ball a mile. He was a heck of a batter in baseball too. The problem is he usually hits 2-3 balls O.B. a round.

I believe his driver is a used ERC Fusion driver he bought off ebay.

Re: Huge Drive

I played golf with a guy yesterday, who has never owned or hit a driver, This guy tees off with a 4 iron and hits it a good 260 yards. on one hole we were at the 165 yard marker and he pulls out a 9 iron and slams it a good 15 yards past the green. He has not played since he was 18 he is 6 foot 4 high, built like a musle man. and can swing a club. I'm sure if he hits a driver he would be an easy 300 plus drive
