Good Hunting, try and get a shot of some demo clubs with shafts that you are interested in trying.

I have read a lot lately about the importance of the shaft, and in particular, that it be of a flex that compliments your swing. I will be buying a Taylormade R7 soon, and I have been wondering about the shaft flex. My swing speed is about 110 mph, and my driver shafts are usually stiff - althought I have hit a friends R7, with a regular shaft, reasonably well. Is there a way to be tested to determine which shaft would be optimum for you.....kick point etc.

Finally, the Tayloremade r7s, are going for about $288.000 new around here - Toronto - do you think they will come down much more.... I have the R5 - and its a teriffic club the R7 is a little sweeter - though.
