Yeah you probably do Golfbald. Castle tees are those which are nipped-in at the waste; a bit like an egg timer. The flat bit at the base does not sink into the ground which means you can't adjust the height of the tee for the club you are using. Plus, I've never seen a pro use one.

I think I've also seen them advertised as "pre-set" tees
