I've been using Firefox for several months and have loved it until I installed the latest version about a week ago. It has crashed several times. It never crashed once with the older version. When it crashes it gives you the "Firefox has encountered a problem and needs to close." window. When you send the report to Microsoft you get back a response that says something like "We have discussed this problem with Firefox and they have no solution."

I would wait a while before you upgrade to the newest software.
