bdbl, I largely agree that the tees need to be skill coded, not gender or playing style coded.

In fact, there is a game played during a casual round where you start at the middle tees. Bogey or worse, and you move up a tee box. Par you stay put, Birdie or better and you move back a tee box. This is a blast to play on a tournament course with 5 tee boxes per hole. We usually declare the guy with the most time spent playing long the winner.
