I was on the range today and did about 5 practice swings before hitting a ball. After a while I tried to hit the ball with my eyes shut - and it was even better than when I aimed at the ball.

While eyes shut I can sense my weight shift very easily, keep balance and sense my movements too. I think it is a nice exercise to do some times. Maybe it would be good to do it after a "perfect" shot. Register the feeling to be repeated next time?
