Hello aaa,no problem with that at all.I just got the impression from the latter half of the question as to 'what exactly defines, 'conforms with the rules's,gave me the impression that possibly Liberty 3207 may not have been aware of the requirements laid down by the ruling bodies in the design and manufacture of golf clubs as stipulated in appendix ii. In my opinion this is the basis for what defines 'conforms with the rules', stated in Rule 4. regards,springbok.
