| Help out a Kid!!!!! ok, im 15, and im 5ft. 10-11inch. and 140 lbs. so im very skinny, i really need more strength cause id like to hit my drives around 280 and only hit them around 240. I already have great flexibility i just need strength cause im very weak, what kind of stuff should i do without getting to bulky, like to be around 160lbs. |
