EW,

Go with the steel, for a high speed swinger steel is more consistant. If you want to make them real consistant have clubmaker check them out. I bought a set of Hogans 2 heads were to heavy 2 were too light and the swing weight was off on 3 clubs. My clubmaker tuned them up and now they all feel the same. Cost was $75.00.
