My personal definitions of One Plane Swing and Two Plane Swing:

From down the line view at the top of the backswing:

One Plane Swing - the lead arm is in line with shoulders (ie can't see the shoulders)

Two Plane Swing - the lead arm is above the lag shoulder (ie gap between the arm and shoulders)
