I dont think the issue would be whether or not Phil would actually cheat, I think its more of a comment on Callaway than Mickelson.

Vijay needs to get a grip though, he complains about too much out there, at the end of the day even if there is an issue with another player, it affects the whole field not just Vijay.

And I'm pretty sure you couldnt go into your local Cleveland stockist and buy Vijay's driver either.
