Personally I don't like either, if your going to get a training club, then get a momentus, or some other heavy club. These will do you far more good, build muscle, groove a better swing (prevent over the top move), provided you use it correctly. It is not meant to be swang hard, but rather easy, letting the weight of the club dictate the path the club takes and thereby building muscle memory and strength. Also good for warm up, stretching muscle, lots of pros using a heavy club, it obviously must do some thing. The training grip will also get you into a better grip, more muscle memory. I use the momentus at least 3 or 4 times a week at home, just to keep me stretched out, when I can't play. I use it just before I go to the course as well. Best money I have spent on golf trg aid.
