| Re: Cupped left hand. I'd start with your grip and hand position as a joint excercise ... you need agrip that allows that allows enough strength to keep hold & control over the golf club and make sure it's held less in the palm and more in the fingers ... the hand position has to be level or forward ofthe ball (except maybe with a driver).
A good grip and hand position will create a s-l-i-g-h-t cupping of the left & right wrist ... if you have a lot of cupping in the left wrist, you're starting off in a bad position.
It's virtually impossible to have a lot of cupping if you're hands are correctly positioned. Now take the hands back, turning the shoulders and hips and you should end up in a powerful position with very little cupping of the left wrist. If you do, you've rotated your wrists incorrectly.
I'll gladly give you more advice if you need it, but let's not go there for now. Check the grip & hand position first, take it to the top and check again. If you're still cupping, then we need to work on your wrist hinge.
