Anyway, Graham, I tried your suggestion re hands slightly forward, which to me seems a mile when in setup position but on video hands were only slightly in front. Guess what no major cupping only slightly. I guess its the old story. What you think is seems like a huge change is generally only minimal. ie what I thought was hands forward of ball on video turned out to be level with or just behind.
Simon followed your links provided and appreciate information. If you have read Graham Arnotts response to my thread and you have similar problem now, just do as he has suggested, it seems to have worked for me.
