1. I see many beginners turn there upper body purposely to the inside. The weight shift to the right side is more of the turn to the insode than the upper body. If you can picture a carnival ride where the upper part of the ride spins in a circle around a fixed point and the bottom moves the circle back and forth. The circular motion doesn't change direction but the base changing direction makes the circle move. Just a mental picture.

2. The knees changing directions from the backswing to through swing, changes the hips which changes the shoulders around a plane the head and neck on a fixed point. Just a discussion point.

3. Moving everything forward from the ground up.
