Anyone care to bet on this happening.

With this two driver revelation he has had, his general form and the fact he has become the player he always threatened to be, I think it would be a silly man who bet against him at the US Open, The Open may be his weak spot since he has never done all that well at it, but he will be inspired to complete at least a career slam and why not do it all this season.

I also think the days of Tiger being a constant fixture at the top of the world ranking are at an end, unlike Vijay (putting), Phil doesnt have a weakness.

It would appear Mickelson has come to terms with his talent and the fact that golf isnt everything. This more relaxed attitude could result in his eclipsing Woods certainly for the next season or so.

Was anyone else worried by the fact that Woods blamed his putting alone on Sunday night. He said he struck the ball perfectly all day but I saw him hit a few shots that ended up in places he surely wouldnt have chosen to be. He seems to be driven to make everything look spectacular and he is swinging way too hard at almost everything.

Should be a fun Major season though....
