People say things like "if you have $100 to spend, use this, or use that, but never use this or that".

True, we all want to spend our money wisely, but if we only have $100 to spend, we are in the wrong sport!

Golf pros use training aids to reinforce their lessons when they are not there. I have used training aids in every sport with great benefit.

Both the Medicus and Refiner are great tools. Most people who say they don't work also would say as they pat their belly that the treadmill sitting in their living room doesn't work.
