i suppose everyone is different but ill tell you how i set up.
line up club face,stand with feet together with ball on centre line of you feet move front out 1.1/2" and turn it out 20 degrees then step back foot out so that your insteps are shoulder width drop right shoulder place slightly more weight on back foot to make you swing up on the ball.
