Patter,

My suggestion at this point would be put your driver in the closet for a while. Learn to play with the 3 wood first you will not loose as many shots to par. Practice a 6 ot 7 iron alot make that your "go to" distance to the green. Put the sand wedge away also from the fairway. Develop a consistant 1/2 to 3/4 swing with a 9i and PW. Using these 2 clubs will help you develop a better full swing and boost your confidence. It's not always about hitting the pro looking high arcing or piercing flight, it's all about scoring with the talent you have.

I would also suggest taking a few lessons. Your game will improve faster.
