I agree with the weight problem at setup. 60% on the back foot is good and I agree with the top position being able to left the front foot to show all the weight is on the back. But I differ slightly with the rest. The hips and shoulders should be turned facing the target before the impact of ball. Waiting until after you hit the ball causes excesive use of the arms and hands to square the club causing inconsistancies. If you get the body fully rotated, the weight back on the front foot prior to impact, then you have used ALL of your potential power.
Nick, don't get me wrong. You were correct in what was to be done and that will help Ragsi, but I am splitting hairs to refine the order of when to do it to maximize the force on the ball.
This will help you mostly with your problem of having all the
clubs going the same distance. You are not getting enough force on the ball prior to impact. Turning fully prior to impact will get you there.
