I'm really getting back into this great sport but still trying to zero in distance at the range. Do any of you adjust distance with hitting range balls for what you will hit on the course with brand new quality golf balls.

Also I'll eventually buy new some new irons, anyone comment on dis and advantages to graphite/steel shafts,
