Are you only slicing with the new driver or is it all the
clubs? If it is just the driver and all other shots are straight, it could very likely be the shaft is too stiff in the new driver. If it is all your
clubs, your swing is in need for an overhaul. First things first, makke sure you are not swinging with an outside-in path. Keep the ball in the middle of your stance for every club (except your Driver which should be just inside your front foot's heel). Start with a nuetral grip (you should only see two knuckles on each had when gripping the club. Your grip pressure should be about a 3-4 (if 1 is barely holding the club and 10 is a white knuckle death grip). Keep your backswing slow and start with a halfswing. Only bring the club up to your waist on the backswing and then accelerate through the ball. As you start hitting consistantly, move up to a 3/4 shot. When you have that mastered, then move to a full shot.
