First, you should search on the internet for local junoir golf tours, or indiviual junior events in your town, county, or even district (for tougher competition).

Also, by my calculation, he should be in high school next year, right? Make SURE he tries out for the team. (if he is shooting in the 70's, there is a very good chance he will make it) Those school matches are extremely fun.
