I'm just wondering what changes y'all make in your swing to hit woods (specifically tee shots)?

In another post, a guy is complaining about not being able to hit his tee shots (presumably from hitting down). I suffer from the same problem (hitting down with woods), so I'm just wondering what everyone does when they hit woods?
