two & a half skills & me

i cannot hit a draw to save my life!!!!
getting the sweet spot , taking a divot , hitting long but dead straight.
so i will settle for this and if the draw happens it will be a bonus.

Re: two & a half skills & me

I thought I read from earlier posts in other threads that 3sk enabled folks to draw the ball consistently and sort out all sorts of golfing problems. From what I`m reading here, could I assume that 3sk is not all it`s cracked up to be?? Interested to hear opinions.

Wrong end of the stick mate, 3 skills is excellent it promotes true striking of the ball
these are what it is aimed at
  • How to strike the ball consistently using the sweet spot of the clubface
  • How to hit the ball squarely in the right direction
  • How to to achieve power effortlessly.
See no reference to a draw, but saying that most people get a draw because of the way the skill teach you to imagine the line which you are hitting thru plus the way you turn your hands at impact.
You also learn how to get backspin but it doesnt teach that its a bi product and depends on equipment n conditions too.

Cheers that bout rite aint it lads

we are all different arny but 3 skills has turned my game around, gone are the weak slices, fades, fats and thins, replaced by powerful draws, more accurate irons and better short game, wedges on fire this morning gave myself tap in putts on numerous occasions

Re: two & a half skills & me

thanks for the comments.draw or not , i don't fill my head with a load of swing thoughts anymore, just visualise the shot and go.
is this what you are finding?
on the subject of the 2nd gto open, as i live on the south coast , if it's at hersham , i could well be interested.and i do like a shandy or two!
