I was thinking about ordering this book, but it costs as much for shipping as the book alone costs. Is there anywhere in the US that carries this book? $50 is a bit much to swallow for a book especially when half of that is shipping.

I don't think it is. Perhaps you can eBay one cheap, then get them to put it in a ziploc and throw it in the water; then hope for the best?

On their web page ordering facility there is international option billing address with all the US states so I presume they do ship there.

$50 Sounds a lot but that works out at roughly £25, and that's only £6 over what were paying over here, for shipping it all the way to the States.

I mean I haven't seen a copy yet (one in transit...hopefully) but a bit extra for the Airmiles and it works out ok.
