Re: Started pulling the ball suddenly

Hi Stratts,

Try slowing your backswing down. It is very important to get set in the right position at the top of your swing. I find when I rush my backswing I also tend to rush my downswing which gets my shoulders turning too soon. If this doesn't help, start back at the basics. Work with your half shot (club only waist high) and hit shots. Build up to 3/4 shots and eventually to full shots. If your pull is still there, you should notice that it only exists from the 3/4 to full shot. This is a positioning problem at the top of your swing and it will give you a place to start at. Remember to let your larger muscles (i.e. legs) create the power in your swing and the smaller muscles (i.e. arms) control the clubhead position.

Keep us updated on your success!
