| Re: how to change golf club's grip A tip for you here: Be very carefull when removing the grip with a knife. The best knife to use is a stanley knife as seen below. But I found the best blade is a hooked one, it allows you to hook the blade under the end of the grip and then simply slice up the grip far more easily. REMEMBER: Never cut towards yourself, allways away from your body to prevent injury!
If it is a graphite shaft be very carefull not to damage the shaft. Sometimes it is better to be on the safe side and inject the grip with surgical spirits, which loosens it then you can just slide the grip off, you can also save the grip this way.
