| Re: Numbers on balls Heres a great tip for ball marking....
Take a magic marker (the most horrid dark indelible one you can find) and draw a straight line over the top of the marking on the seam (usually the model of ball not the manufacturers name or number). Use this line to line up putts, line up drives, everything. You would be amazed the difference it makes. Without exaggeration I would say it has trimmed at least 2 shots off my scores.
On the number issue, I used to love those Precept balls with 00 as the number....they started making them again I think. On a related issue Precepts new ball is excellent...the U-Tri Tour, I tried one recently and its as good as the Pro-V1.
