Too much wrist action

My backswing looks ok, athough I want to get steeper. My problem now are:

1. Coming down, I was told to have a flatter club plane, meaning creating an angle on the right hip and bring the club through the inside. Is this correct? I do it but was sold to have a 7.1 degree angle from the inside on impact. Is it too much?

2. I have this problem all the time. Some told me that I have too much wrist action or too strong the wrist. At impact and after, I can see from the video that my left wrist usually collapse, like flicking the club inside to the left. I was asked try to delog the club by holding the angle of both hands. I think this is similiar to your right hand drill. I find it very difficult to do and the problem is you don't feel that your wrist is turning (too much action). If you do it intentionally, I feel my arms are very stiff and can't not finish the swing or hit all over the place. What should you do?

Thanks for the help.
