Re: What's the coldest weather you guys have ever played in?

I played in a pre-qualifier in Bristol in the UK. It was in mid-October 2002 and it was 3*C (36F) without the windchill factor. There was a strong wind off the sea and it rained all day.

For most of you it's probably not cold but coming from South Africa where our winters get no colder than 10*C (50*F) - it was FREEZING.

Anyway, when I got back to the hotel and had thawed in a shower I e-mailed by son and told it was so cold my "snot had frozen in my nostrils" - literally that is how cold it was. (Sorry I know it's disgusting - but it's true!).
