Latissimus Dorsi (the sides of the back)
Quadratum Lumbarum (the base of the back)
Trapezius (the upper back)
Deltoids (shoulders)
Rotator Cuff (forearms)
Triceps and Biceps
Quadriceps and Hamstrings (thighs)
Gastroc Soleus and Gastroc Nemius (calves)
pick and choose the exercises you find easiest and most stimulating for yourself (no sense doing things you dont enjoy at all at least ones you dont mind doing you might stick to)
