I too have a Total Gym. Being in the physical therapy field, I know its benefits on stretching and strengthening for rehabilitation. I have used it sparingly over the last few years, mostly using free weights, kettlebells and the Bullworker. How do you use it? Exercises, sets/ reps, etc. I have used the method described in the book but was wondering how you may have used it to benefit golf. Take care. |
