Pros never wear gloves out because they use 2 or three a round!!!

If your glove palms are worn that means you are not gripping it with the fingers enough which means you dont get optimum release on the shot. Next time you grip the club grip it right on the last segment of the fingers where they meet the palm, it will feel a little strange at first and you wont feel fully in control of the club but that will come with practice and familiarity.
