Exercises, sets/ reps, etc. I have used the method described in the book but was wondering how you may have used it to benefit golf. Take care.
I use a lot of the exercises from the book, especially the one where you sit upright on the side of the bench and 'like a golf swing' draw the handles across your chest.

I also do a lot of the circular movements while lying on my back, these movements really help me stay lose and strong across the shoulders. The exercise where you sit with your feet toward the top of the machine and bring your head toward your knees really stretches out your back muscles. It's a great machine for golf I'm glad I got it.
