| Re: What Do You Do B4 Round? I drink water with a light meal. By light I mean not fatty. The last thing I want to do is eat real heavy, greasy foods then go out and swing a club. I also just try my best to relax. Once I get to the course I do quite a bit of stretching. I'm in the U.S. Marine Corps and before we do anything physical related we stretch. I go through pretty much the same routine as I would if I was going to run 3-5 miles. You could be suprised at the increased flexibility your body has after a good regimen. Provided that you do it properly. After I stretch, I go and hit a small bucket of balls starting with my short irons and working through to the woods. I just hit them real easy as to not over exert myself. Then I go tee-up! Travis |
